Objectives
Statement of PEOs The educational objectives of the BSc Petroleum Engineering program are:-
PEO1. Graduating highly qualified engineers in the field of petroleum engineering to be able to develop their skills in the fields of oil production and refining.
PEO2. Ability to identify, analyze and solve engineering problems in the petroleum industries.
PEO3. Supporting scientific research centers and oil production and refining projects with qualified cadres in the oil industry.
PEO4. Preparing professional and ethical graduates to serve the community in the field of the oil industry and encouraging them to pursue postgraduate studies and scientific research.
PEO5. Supporting the community by providing engineering consultancy and holding educational courses in the field of petroleum engineering. The educational objectives of the Petroleum Engineering program have been reviewed every two years according to the need of the labor market and technological development. The educational objectives have been reviewed by the department board with faculty members in 2022
