In our importance to communicate with students and on the approach of the Deanship of the College of Engineering, the Department of Architectural Engineering encouraged outstanding students to give more scientifically and gain maximum academic achievement. On Wednesday, June 14, 2023, the head of the department, Dr. Haider Alawe, honored a group of students for their distinction in the subject of the architectural design studio for their projects in developing Al-Jumhuriya Street in the holy city of Karbala and designing the university district at the University of Kerbala. At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Alawe handed the students a certificate of appreciation, emphasizing that “we care about the importance of moral stimulation, as our students are a beacon in the sky of science and knowledge.”
