A master’s thesis was discussed at the College of Engineering at the University of Kerbala in the Department of Electrical Engineering, which entitled:
(Intelligent Control for Underactuated Robot Based on Optimization Techniques)
By researcher Aya Flayeh Hassan.
The study aims to design a balance system to control the gymnastics robot for its benefit in helping disabled and injured people who suffer from weakness in the limbs and for many other applications.
The results obtained through this thesis revealed the possibility of balancing the Gymnastics Robot vertically using optimization methods in extracting the controller variables and integrating them with the Fuzzy Logic Control unit.
The thesis was approved by the discussion committee, which consisted of Assistant Professor Dr Abd Aoun Hamdan Shalal / College of Engineering, University of Dyala (Chairman), Assistant Professor Dr Jabbar Salman Hussein / College of Engineering, University of Kerbala (member), and Assistant Professor Dr Durgham Abdul Rahim Kazem / University Kerbala, College of Engineering (member) / Assistant Professor Dr Ahmed Abdel Hadi Ahmed / College of Engineering, University of Kerbala (member and supervisor) / Professor Dr Haider Jalil Kamel / Al-Safwa University College (member and supervisor).
