The Department of Architectural Engineering at the College of Engineering at the University of Kerbala organized a scientific trip to Khan Al-Nakhliyah, within the requirements of the architectural drawing subject for the first stage and under the supervision of the professors of the architectural design lesson.
The trip aims to develop the students of the first stage, for morning and evening studies, and within the environment of historical buildings from the buildings of our beloved country, which is the ancient Khan Al-Nakhila.
The students began to sketch parts of the building , preceded by an explanation of the design idea of the building and many details of the building, as it is part of the country’s historical heritage, which reflects the local identity of Iraq’s cultural heritage.
These trips come as part of the College of Engineering’s ongoing efforts to develop intellectual and artistic skills and motivate students through learning lessons outside the classroom and field work so that the student feels proportions and shapes in nature
