In view of the importance of cooperation between state institutions to achieve its goals optimally and the necessity to exchange experiences in theoretical and practical fields to produce knowledge that is the basis for civilized development and to strengthen the role of the College of Engineering in its endeavor to cooperate with institutions and organizations, the College of Engineering at Karbala University has signed in represented by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Respected Laith Shaker Rashid Al-Qaraawi Memorandum of Understanding with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Babel-Al-Museeb represented by the Dean of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Jalil Khudair.
The two parties have agreed to develop cooperative activities in academic and training fields of mutual interest, based on equality and reciprocity and according to the following:
1. Carrying out joint research projects.
2. Cooperation in the field of exchange of teachers to give lectures and attend discussions.
3. Cooperation in the field of discussing students ’graduation projects.
4. Exchanging scientific experiences and making use of laboratories for both parties.
