Under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Laith Shakir Rasheed Al-Qarawee, and in the presence of the Scientific Associate, Professor Dr. Mithaq Nimah Rahima, the College of Engineering at the University of Karbala, Department of Life Medicine, organized, within the Global Leadership Week, a dialogue symposium on graduation projects and how to advance them to the technology incubator, with the participation of Assistant Lecturer Nibras Kamel. The symposium aims to how to raise graduation projects to the level of technological incubation. The symposium discussed what technology incubators are, the role they play, and the mechanism of their work. Some of the negatives that hinder students’ involvement in incubators and how to overcome them were discussed.
The symposium also recommended reviewing the most important international experiences in technology incubators, and the British experience was chosen as a living example of some technology parks in the United Kingdom.
