Based on the memorandum of community partnership between the College of Engineering at the University of Kerbala and Al-Kafl Specialized Hospital affiliated with the Holy Abbasiyah Shrine, Associate Professor Dr. Mithaq Ni’mah Rahimah, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, accompanied by a group of faculty members (Associate Professor Dr. Jabbar Salman Hussein, Associate Professor Dr. Durgham Abdul Amir Kazem, and Dr. Haider Mohi Aboud), conducted a field visit to Al-Kafl Specialized Hospital. The visit aimed to observe the summer training workshops for students and to discuss training programs and their development in line with labor market needs. During the visit, the group held a meeting with the engineering and technical staff at the hospital, where they discussed the types of developmental courses required, which would contribute to enhancing their knowledge skills alongside their practical experiences. This visit is part of the framework to strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences between educational and health institutions, serving the development of student’s practical skills and contributing to improving the hospital’s services.
