Assistant Professor Dr. Amjad Talal Saeed, Advisor of the Institute of Continuing Education at the American University in Baghdad, visited Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering Department at the College of Engineering / University of Kerbala, where he discussed the importance of establishing technological incubators for emerging projects, and stressed the need to develop these projects by providing the appropriate environment to introduce them to the labor market, which contributes to achieving the sustainability of the entrepreneurship environment in Iraq. In this context, Assistant Professor Dr. Muslim Mohsen Ali Al-Sharifi, Head of the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering, confirmed the support of the Deanship of the Engineering College for all creative ideas that serve the labor market, explaining that the department always seeks to provide innovative opportunities for students and graduates. He also pointed out the formation of special committees to benefit from the skills of graduates and professors to enhance the capabilities of the department.

At the end of the visit, Dr. Amjad Talal Saeed praised the efforts made in the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering, commending how to receive patients and provide advanced medical devices in the department that contribute to providing the necessary support for patients.
