To enhance job performance according to modern accreditation standards, the Mechanical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, Karbala University, organized a training course titled “Electronic Archiving,” where participants were trained on the Smart Organization program.
The course aims to introduce participants to how to use a program designed to manage institutions in both aspects of personnel and documentation, as well as to refine employees’ skills in modern institutional work to elevate the accreditation level pursued by the College of Engineering through contemporary programs prepared for this purpose.
The course instructors, Engineer Mohammed Fahd and Engineer Hussein Shamkhi explained that this system is implemented through a special program developed by them, which can be found on search engines available on the internet and accessed via a dedicated link. Information can be stored in the cloud using a username and password controlled by a specific system overseen by the department head or the individual responsible for this system.
