The College of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, at the University of Kerbala, organized a workshop on linear regression analysis using the statistical program (SPSS), delivered by Assistant Professor Ghafil Karim Aswad, in the presence of several postgraduate students from various colleges of the university.
It aimed to introduce the students and the researchers to the theoretical and statistical foundations of regression and data analysis. It included interpreting the results, building a linear mathematical model, and verifying the validity of the linear hypothesis.
The attendee called for taking advantage of modern programs in preparing scientific research and dissertations for postgraduate students.
