The Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Laith Shakir Rasheed, met Dr. Mustafa Muhammad Jalil, who came from the Moscow Technical University of Road Engineering (Madi). After the welcome, the visitor expressed his admiration for the size of the great achievement and the level reached by the College of Engineering at the University of Karbala in terms of urban development and the great desire to benefit from Recent information and experiences at the level of the college in general and the department of civil engineering in particular. He also gave three copies of a book that he authored entitled (optimal use of resources in the roads construction field), one of the copies goes to the dean, the second goes to the department of civil engineering, whiles the last one goes to the college library. Dr. Mustafa Muhammad Jalil submitted many proposals for the development of this important specialization, especially since it is receiving great attention at the present time, as it is mentioned that the guest is currently working as a consultant for the Italian company in the Fao project.
