The Faculty of biomedical engineering at University of Kerbala conducted a scientific trip to the Al-Warith Derman Center which is on of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hossain Organizations to keep abreast of developments in the limb industry and industrial support and to link the theoretical aspect with the practical aspect Students learned about the latest types of prosthetics and other medical fabricated supports. The Center’s staff explained the various types of smart and improved prosthetics and how to manufacture them. This contributes to the development of students’ ideas to keep informed of developments in this field for the purpose of creativity and development to serve their country.
