The President of the University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Basim Khalil Nile Al-Saedi, opened a scientific exhibition in the College of Engineering, in attendance of the Administrative Assistant of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Akram Al-Yasiri, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Laith Al-Qaraawi, many of the academic and administrative staffs, and postgraduate and undergraduate students.
The exhibition included scientific published journal articles in Scopus and Clarivate, these papers were published by the college’s academic staff. In addition, practical projects submitted by undergraduate and graduate students from all departments of the college.
The exhibition aims to introduce the scientific achievements of the College of Engineering for the purpose of benefiting applied in real life work.
The university president said that the exhibition is the result of efforts made by all of the college academic and administrative staffs. Furthermore, he expressed that all the efforts being devoted to community service. A special focus was given on the outcomes of the college of engineering due to its principal role in developing the University of Kerbala, holy Karbala Governorate, and generally in our country.
