According to the ministry of higher education and scientific research instructions , Prof. Dr. Laith Shaker Rashid Al-Qarawi, Dean of the College of Engineering, held a meeting in his office with the Psychological and Educational Guidance Committee at the College of Engineering. During the meeting, a plan for holding seminars, workshops, and awareness-raising and psychological, social and health lectures was discussed, which would enhance the positive spirit and achieve good and consistent awareness of students, professors and officials of guidance units within the university environment that cares for an important segment of society, namely the segment of students who will be community leaders. The Dean praised the efforts made by members of the committee, faculty members, and administrative and technical staff for the work entrusted to them, calling on them to continue to harness their efforts in the service of the scientific career of the College of Engineering and the University of Karbala.
