Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Laith Shaker Rashid Al-Qarawee, the College of Engineering at the University of Kerbala, Department of Architecture, held a lecture entitled (Learning Architectural Engineering Presentation Techniques and Mechanisms for Employing Color in Shape and Area) which was delivered by each of the Dr. Haider Ibrahim Alawe, Head of the Department of Architecture and the Assistant Lecturer Faylaq Fathi Muhammad Ali and assistant lecturer Alaa Abdel Hamid Muhammad.
The lecture lasted for three consecutive days; it aimed to teach the participants the basics of pencil drawing and to show proportions, shapes, colors, mechanisms, and techniques, and it also included the employment of color and the basics of its use in architectural rendering.
The course activities concluded in a positive scientific atmosphere, as the participants confirmed that this course was an opportunity to study and analyze buildings and benefit from them as a source of inspiration in design. It also helped them learn by exploring these buildings and embodying them in three-dimensional models using color and its techniques in architectural rendering.
