The University of Karbala signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Lopatyshevsky University in Russia to enhance academic and research collaboration. The agreement encompasses the exchange of expertise, the organisation of conferences, and cultural and student exchanges.
The university president, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajed Ali, confirmed that the memorandum represents a step toward international openness and the development of academic programs, emphasising the importance of cooperation with prestigious global universities to enhance the quality of education and improve rankings.
