The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the College of Engineering at the University of Kerbala is organizing a specialized training course entitled “How to Use Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources.” The course will be held from May 20 to 22, 2025, with the participation of a select group of professors and saff. The course will be lectured by Assistant Lecturer Zainab Rashid Khudair, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mithaq Nima Rahima.
The course highlights the importance of artificial intelligence and its pivotal role in developing modern human resources systems, with a focus on employing smart technologies and digital platforms to enhance the efficiency of administrative and organizational processes in institutions.
It covers several topics, including an introduction to artificial intelligence and its applications in recruitment, hiring, and employee development via smart platforms. It also covers smart training, job description preparation, and staff development using artificial intelligence technologies.
This course is part of the College of Engineering’s efforts to promote digital transformation and enable human resources to keep pace with artificial intelligence tools in the academic and administrative work environment.
