Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi honored a select group of distinguished female teachers and staff in higher education institutions, coinciding with the launch of the third National Plan for Women, Security, and Peace.
In a speech during the ceremony, the minister praised the active role of Iraqi women, emphasizing the importance of empowering them and promoting their participation in various aspects of life, particularly in the higher education and scientific research sector.
Dr. Al-Aboudi stressed the need to redouble efforts and engage in serious cooperation to implement decisions and procedures that contribute to protecting women and expanding their opportunities in education and development, in line with their scientific and creative abilities.
